A crew of dedicated campers will endure the freezing cold conditions over the Queen's Birthday Weekend this year. The 7th Annual Née Festival stands as a symbol of the tradition passed onto us by our elders.
What once started as a whole-weekend birthday celebration for the beautiful Renée-Michele Tongia-Royle, "Née Fest" has since been transformed into a cornerstone event for any person worth their weight in marshmallows.
Friday 6 to Monday 9 June 2008.
The "dedicated ones" take the Friday off work and arrive at the campsite around midday to reserve our camping spot and get everything setup the way we like it. Others arrive when they can.

You'll need the normal swag of camping gear needed for 3 nights in the bush. If you ask nicely someone might let you borrow their stuff.
Ed said he won't be bringing his cabin down this year so make sure you don't forget anything!
