Up the duff!
Hi all...

It's been waaaaay to long since I wrote in my blog...

Lots has happened...

I have finished uni

Adz and me got a place of our own (in Norman Park)

I have a job as a year 4 teacher at Crestmead State School (which I LOVE!!!)

and probably the most exciting and craaaaazy news I have is that... wait for it...

I AM PREGNANT!!!

Adz and I will be expecting a little bundle of love around the end of November, early December... and I am wanting it to be a girl, but somehow Adz has convinced me it's a boy... but thankfully I have a very good friend (ED!) who has rekindled my hopes... he gave me this message tonight... THANKS ED! :D

i learnt something interesting off a lecturer today, he has worked heaps in the medical field and one of his projects was looking at ppl that work with xray machines and in nuclear power plants and the sex of their offspring (of the males in the workplace) and how they tend to have more girls than boys, and they observed that it is a similar situation in IT so with adz being a nerd you have greater chance of having a mini-Nee than a mini-adam

Love you all!!

Nee x x x (Pregnant and very SLACK!!)

PS - i don't really mind if it's a boy... but I would prefer a girl first... coz I personally feel that girls are more level headed than boys.. especially in their teens...as long as the bubz is healthy (has dark curly hair and beautiful green eyes) I will be happy... hehehe :P

i say... bring back the boy!

are we going to take bets? i am thinking it will be a girl.... but i am always wrong (sorry Nee). Just remember the child will only be as good as you make it, doesnt really matter at the end of the day if its a boy or a girl. After all women get into politics and boys can play netball now with all the equallity (pft what a joke). As long as you teach the little whatever to swim and ride a bike they will have a great life. If they cant swim 50m or ride a two-wheeler by the time they are 5 then you will see a message come up on the screen saying mission failed.... something tells me i should spend less time on computers for the sake of my Y chromosomes if nothing else.
