Today (like so many days that have gone past) I feel absolutely WONDERFUL! Why do I feel so wonderful you say? Well... This morning after a shower, I got dressed and I put on a pair of shorts I bought a few months a go and they JUST fit - they were even a little squishy and now they are TOO BIG!! But ever so comfy this way... I looked in the mirror and my body is definately smaller - I can see it with my own two eyes. It's a splendid feeling that will keep me going...

Ya know what else makes me feel wonderful... EVERYTHING! I have been keeping up with EVERYTHING in my life and it feels really good!! I have a clean organised house, My daughter is happy, My "husband" is happy, My gaden is happy, My washing is done, My kitchen cupboard is full, My fridge is full, Downstairs is clean and tidy and everything for me at the moment is extremely LA-DI-DA!

I never thought I'd ever be in this position and I never thought I'd say this, but I am happy with who I am and what I achieve on a daily basis. I am happy just being at home, playing with my daughter, smoochin' with my "husband" and being a house bitch. I guess this is what life is about... Living and not working your fingers to the bone. I only hope that next year I can keep this awesome balance I have going because it's just soooo rewarding. It's a nice feeling because usually I am so all over the shop, trying to do everything at once and haveing sooo many things on the go at one time. There was a time when I wasn't completely satisfied unless I had so much on my plate that I had something to complain about... I always get things done, but felt totally frazzled in the end.

At the moment I have sooo much to look forward to i.e. losing more weight, watching Elli grow, Going to New Zealand and Tonga (AT LAST!!!!!!! - Thanks Ed!) and just being me!

Anyway... I better get back to work...
