Just in case any of you need reminding... Adam is the bomb! I have been working like crazy these last few weeks and he has been there for me... Picking me up off the floor when I get home, looking after our daughter and cooking me scrumptious dinners... Tonights dinner was EXCELLENT! It was some kind of chicken salad with a yummy sauce. Sweet chilli, coconut cream, lemon and lime juice. Steamed chicken, red capsicum and cucumber served on a bed of baby spinnach and topped with onion flakes. It was sooooo tastey. I wish my mouth was bigger so I could fit more in and eat it quicker!

However, I did get some pay back for eating like a pig! I bit my lip and it is NASTY! I have a bruise, a gash (in the shape of teeth) and my lip is swollen on the inside... Just lovely....

Anyway, I love you Addy. Thank you for looking after me so well and being a good "hubby".... I guess one day you will make a great husband for someone...
