Well, it's the end of an era!

4 Power Street will no longer host global free loaders or hospitality members... At least not for a very long while anyway. If the day ever comes where we own our own home and it so happens to have a seperate granny flat attached to it, then perhaps I will reconsider.

What has changed my mind?

Where do I start?

Before I do.. I will say this... 98% of the people who have stayed with us have been great. Friendly, trustworthy and responsible. The other 2%... Well!!!

Our most recent guests were two young females from Austria (my Dad calls Austrians "Pretend Germans"... Google it if your not sure) who were both 18. What goes hand in hand with the age of 18? STUPIDITY and SELFISHNESS! (Though this does not apply to all... say... ME! for example because at 18 I had plenty of respect for people and property).

I'm just going to make a list of all the things that pissed me off about these girls and then you can decide how you'd like to respond... OK? Here goes...

1. Walking around the house in g-string with a see through mini sarong that covers your arse cheeks but not your . I don't appreciate people flaunting their bodies in front of my "husband" and small child. It's my home, so yes, I will do what ever the fuck I like... but if you are visiting FOR FREE, you show some God damn decency.

2. Helping yourself to the resources at my desk. One of you stole my good pen... I know you did and for that you will be KARMA-ED!

3. You HOGGED my computer, used the Internet and Webcam excessively and that pissed me off!! Checking e-mail here and there would have been fine, but talking on SKYPE for hours at a time was SELFISH!!! No I didn't tell you to get off, but it's my house and you're a visitor - I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!

4. You ate 90% of Ellianah's HUGE box of weetbix and you didn't replace it! Sure, I said you could have breakfast out of it, but I didn't mean every day and I also didn't mean you could have them for lunch as well. If you eat something, even if you have permission, you really should replace it. You also ate Ellianah's tuna and said you'd replace it.. Did you? NO! You didn't you shit head!

5. Toilet paper! This is not cheap even though it grows on trees... I bought 8 rolls and they were all gone in a week! CRAZY! If you stay with somone for such a long period of time, you need to contribute!

6. When you visit Australia, you shouldn't sit around at home and talk (in you mother language) all freakin' day long. You should be up early in the morning and home late at night - EXPLORING! Having ADVENTURES! Seeing the city! DOing STUFF!

7. You left your rubbish in the kitchen on the floor. The least you could have done was put it in the bin, if not take it to the big bin downstairs! Lazy!

8. You borrowed things, moved or used things and didn't put them back where you got them from. For example, the pegs, the washing from the machine, books, dishes, pens and pencils, the list could go on...

9. You left the spare room in a fucking PIG STY! You didn't even attempt to make the bed or strip the sheets, there's RUBBISH everywhere... So you SUCK!

10. You left a smelly floater in the toilet... Lovely! Very lady like...

Oh Look at me! I have made a top 10 about bad guests!! I'm so clever...


So what am I going to do about it? I am going to write a negative comment about them on the hospitality club website to warn other unsuspecting people about these two demons. Here is a taste of what I will be posting on the hospitality site... Adam will no doubt try to sugar coat it or edit it and as his own stuff, so here is my unedited version...

Viktoria and Evelin (two Austrian girls) recently stayed with us, They stayed for a week and in that time they left a really bad impression. In the whole time we have hosted people, 2 years to be precise, we have never had two such people with poor manners and no respect. In all honesty, I’d have to say that Viktoria was the main culprit. For anyone else who has been approached who may be approached in the future by these two girls, I warn you with the following.

In the time they stayed with us they’re misdemeanours include; leaving the spare room where they stayed in a disgusting mess with rubbish everywhere (refer to image), not making the bed or stripping the sheets, not putting rubbish in the bin, eating food and not replacing it (for example my daughters breakfast cereal) not contributing to the house hold (we went through an excessive amount of toilet paper), sauntering around the house in underwear (in front of myself, my partner and our young child making us feel uncomfortable) using my computer, internet and web cam excessively, helping themselves to office stationary, borrowed things, used things or moved things and didn’t put them back where they belong.

I was really disgusted with them and therefore didn’t want much to do with them. We were very kind and helpful to them and they took advantage of our generosity. Some might excuse their behaviour due to their age (18) however in Australia, 18 year olds are considered adults and adults are expected to behave as such. Adults should be able to show decency, common sense, responsibility and above all else, respect.


Sooooo...

How did I behave during all this? Like a TOTAL BITCH of course!! I ignored them most of the time, did devious little things behind their backs and stomped around like a bear with a sore head for almost a week.

Grrrrrrr!!!!!!!
