we're in vava'u
Just a quick note to say we have arrived safely in Vava'u, despite riding in a tiny plane that holds 15 passengers and is held together with gaffer tape (not kidding!). The views over the coral reefs from the plane was just amazing, better than the tourist shots you see in brochures.

I have just walked into town, a nice 1.2km during the middle of the day. I am sweating like a pig, so I think I will take a taxi back to our guest house, otherwise a local might capture me and put me in an 'umu (ground roast pit) for dinner.

Not really sure what we're going to do here, but will update you on more once we get some decent cheap internet. Ciao!
