It's been a while since I've updated my blog. A lot has been happening recently, as you may all know. I've been pretty busy with work lately, mainly with the new Brisbane Powerhouse website that I put live last week.

I had a pretty chockas weekend as well. Last week I got a call from Ashley Williams, who needed a substitute drummer for his covers band, Hardnoxicated. He came over Saturday afternoon and we ran through 78 songs before going to the gig at Gilhooleys, Chermside.

We played from 10pm - 1am, with a few short breaks between sets. By the end of the night we had quite a few people up dancing and I had blisters on my fingers. I hadn't played a gig for over a year, and hadn't played for so long without stopping for a number of years.

Overall I think we did OK for the amount of rehearsal time we had, and I enjoyed playing live again. Thanks to Nee and my parents for coming out to support me :)
